Description: LIP BURN: This young girl presented with a burn to the corner of her mouth as a result of chewing on an electrical cord. She underwent early reconstruction to prevent permanent disfigurement of the corner of the mouth. The reconstruction was accomplished by advancing the healthy portion of the lip over the missing segments.
