Description: This patient presented with a history of a permanent right facial nerve paralysis which was reconstructed elsewhere using a connective tissue graft that got infected and left this contracted and dimpled scar along her right cheek. The scar revision was accomplished by excising the existing scar and reorienting the edges on closing (irregularization). Additionally, fat injections were performed to lift the depressed portions of the scar.
