Arthur N. Falk, MD, Medical Director, oversees all clinical activities of the Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Falk is the Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Division of Otolaryngology at Albany Medical Center, and is an Assistant Professor of Surgery. Dr. Falk attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine, two year general surgery internship at Beth Israel Medical Center, and Residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He then completed an additional year of advanced subspecialty training in Facial Plastic and Craniofacial surgery at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, NY.

Dr Falk enjoys practicing the full spectrum of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

As a surgeon, he is passionate about the fusion of artistry and technical expertise that is unique to each individual patient. His other interest is innovative technology that has led to extensive integration of laser and light based treatments in his practice. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, art and travel.

Lori Kicinski Cryns, is our Coordinator for the Center for Facial Plastic Surgery and Laser Skin Care. She holds degrees in marketing and healthcare management, and is also an advanced trained Aesthetician. Lori is involved with many behind the scenes aspects of running the Center. Her focus is to ensure your patient experience meets all of your expectations. She will coordinate your care throughout your entire treatment process. As coordinator, she is also point of contact for seminars, special events, and community relations.

Bridget Patrick, is our Scheduling Coordinator. She assists with appointments and other scheduling related activities. She is very knowledgeable about our full range of services, and can provide information on our policies and procedures.
