Cosmetic Surgery Financing

Unfortunately, many cosmetic surgery procedures are not covered by insurance. However, The Center for Facial Plastic Surgery and Laser Skin Care of North Eastern New York does not want financing to prevent you from getting the procedures that will help you look and feel your best. To help our valued patients afford their procedures, we provide a variety of different payment options. As is customary for cosmetic procedures, prepayment is necessary prior to commencing any office based or surgical procedure. One time procedures require an initial down payment in order to reserve a date, and then payment in full is expected at least two weeks prior to the anticipated day of the procedure. For treatments completed in multiple sessions, several payment schemes are available:

• There is the “Pay as You Go” option with the least up front cost. Simply pay for each procedure at the time of visit, and leave a deposit towards the next visit to hold your appointment time.
• The “Full Package” option provides additional savings. Pay for the entire treatment series up front, and save an additional 10% off the individual treatment price.
• Finally, we accept CareCredit, the country’s leading payment program for elective surgery procedures.

CareCredit offers a variety of payment options in order to cater to the different needs of each individual patient. Some of the more popular payment options include:

• No Interest Payment Plans – You will not pay any interest if your balance is completely paid within the prearranged no-interest time period. There is a small processing fee to initiate this plan.
• Extended Payment Plans – This option will lower your monthly payments and extend the payback time at a very low interest rate.

CareCredit can be used for surgery procedures costing between $1,000 and $25,000. There annual fees or pre-payment penalties. You can either apply online or talk to our staff to find out more information.
