Laser Lipolysis Procedure

Dr. Falk will insert a small tube containing a laser fiber under the surface of your skin. As the tube is moved around, the laser breaks up fat cells, which will be drained or suctioned away. The laser will also cause collagen shrinkage.

Laser assisted lipolysis is a minimally invasive procedure. You will experience less bleeding, swelling, and bruising than with traditional liposuction. As a result, your recovery time will be much faster. The procedure is completed using local anesthesia, which further reduces complications. The entire process can be completed in one hour-long session, and you will usually be able to resume regular activity within one day.
