This patient underwent a conservative nasal reshaping (rhinoplasty) . He wanted to reduce the profile (projection) of his nose as well as refine the tip, while still maintaining a strong masculine appearance. He underwent dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip reduction all through internal nasal incisions (endonasal approach).

This patient presented for revision nasal reshaping (rhinoplasty). She was dissatisfied with the outcome of the previous surgery done by another physician. Her concerns included that her nose appeared crooked (deviated) and the tip was rounded. She underwent an open structure rhinoplasty through her existing incision at the base of her nose. The nose was straightened using a series of cartilage grafts and the nasal tip was restructured to achieve better harmony with the other parts of her nose.
